Job Description

We are seeking a capable and experienced HOD Umrah to lead and manage the overall Umrah department, overseeing both sales and operational functions.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for planning Umrah packages, ensuring smooth travel operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable in Umrah operations, and capable of managing a team to deliver excellent customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Umrah department, including sales and operations teams
• Plan, organize, and oversee Umrah packages, pricing structures, and promotional strategies
• Monitor and ensure smooth processing of visa applications, flight tickets, accommodation bookings, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and Saudi ground partners to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all documentation and processes comply with current Umrah regulations and requirements
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively
• Monitor sales performance and ensure the department achieves monthly and yearly targets
• Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports for management review
• Train, guide, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and service quality
• Improve existing processes and develop new strategies to grow the Umrah business
