Role Description The Junior Event Crew role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging furniture, equipment, decorations, and signage according to event plans. The Junior Event Crew assists with guest flow, registration, and basic customer service, helping ensure that attendees have a positive experience throughout the event. Daily tasks include coordinating with senior crew and supervisors, following safety and venue guidelines, and promptly addressing on-site issues or last-minute changes. The role may also involve basic inventory checks, equipment handling, and working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and setting up event equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Customer service orientation, with a professional and friendly approach to guests and clients.
