Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Ensure all drinks meet the company's standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
• Serve customers, answer their questions, and explain the coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items.
• Handle customer questions and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Keep the work area clean and follow proper food handling, storage, and cleaning procedures.
• Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy hours.
• Help create and post social media content for the store during working hours, with at least one post on each working day.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience is needed. Training will be provided.
• Able to keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to follow safety rules when using equipment and handling hot drinks.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
