Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Facilities Engineer (Mechanical) di Onsemi Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of utility systems, including Compressed Dry Air (CDA), Process Vacuum, Gas Systems (N₂, LN₂ & H₂), Compressor Cooling Water (CCW), and Hot Deionized Water (Hot DI).
• Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and system issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Coordinate and monitor vendor and contractor activities to ensure maintenance and service work is completed safely and effectively.
• Maintain and update facility-related documentation, including equipment records, technical drawings, standard operating procedures, and maintenance reports.
• Collaborate with Production, EHS, and other supporting departments to ensure facility systems operate reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing system performance, reliability, and sustainability.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and facility improvement projects.
• Participate in emergency response activities and provide technical support during facility-related incidents and equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Up to 2 years of experience in facilities engineering, facilities management, or a related field is an added advantage, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of utility systems and facility equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, technical specifications, and schematics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to learn new technologies, systems, and industry best practices.
• Able to support after-hours emergencies or facility-related issues when required.
