Job Summary

We are looking for a self-driven and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and promote an international digital content platform.

This is a hands-on role where you will be given a website, business direction and clear objectives. You will be responsible for assessing the website, identifying growth opportunities, developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, monitoring results and continuously improving performance.

You will have the opportunity to take real ownership of the website's digital growth rather than simply following step-by-step instructions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Promotion & User Acquisition

• Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic and user acquisition.
• Identify suitable digital channels to promote the website.
• Research target audiences, competitors, keywords, communities and traffic sources.
• Develop strategies to increase website registrations and paid users.
• Improve visitor-to-registration and registration-to-paid-user conversion.
• Test different marketing approaches and continuously optimize performance.

1. SEO & Organic Growth

• Conduct keyword research and identify SEO opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO and basic technical SEO improvements.
• Develop content strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Analyze keyword rankings, organic traffic, user behavior and conversions.
• Research competitors and identify SEO opportunities.

1. Digital Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Explore social media, online communities, forums, content marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships and other relevant channels.
