Role Description This full-time Project Manager / Engineer role is based in Singapore and offered as a hybrid position, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing fire protection installation projects from planning to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Responsibilities include expediting materials and equipment, overseeing inspections, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager / Engineer will also prepare reports, maintain project documentation, address technical issues, and support continuous improvement in project execution and logistics management.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and familiarity with expediting project timelines.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in expediting and Expeditor-related functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills, with the ability to oversee site work, verify compliance, and support quality assurance.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate supply chain activities and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Relevant engineering degree or diploma (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection) or equivalent experience in construction or building services.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems, applicable codes, and safety regulations in Singapore is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management and office software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word) and readiness to work in a hybrid environment.
