Kerja Sepenuh Masa Retail Operations Executives, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Petswonderland & Co. Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

We are seeking talented and motivated candidates. Candidates displaying potential would be fast tracked to managerial positions. Candidates applying must have exposure to FMCG or retail industry. Responsibilities:

• Implementing business plans, operational guideline and Advertising & Promotion Campaigns in retail outlets.
• Monitor daily retail operations of assigned outlets and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Improving and monitoring branch sales productivity and training staff in excellent customer service.
• Monitor and assist in improving retail staff performance and deployment of manpower. Ensure staff adhere to company work rules and procedures.
• Handling and Ad Hoc work assigned by the Operation Manager.
• Work involves inter-branch traveling to handle branch operation and staff disciplinary issues that arise during these scheduled visits.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma (in any field)
• Can work independently with minimum supervision, self motivated, a team player and results driven.
• Multi-lingual advantageous : Able to communicate with all levels of staffing and handling customer service for our multi-ethnic retail customers.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the retail or FMCG industry is required for this position. Remuneration package commensurate with relevant work experience and qualifications.
• Applicants must have own transport to facilitate travelling between branches in Johor Bahru area.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
