Job Description
Ensuring smooth daily operations of the kitchen. This position is responsible for organizing schedules, managing supplies, supporting staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate kitchen staff schedules and assignments to ensure efficient coverage.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support chefs and kitchen staff in meal preparation and service as needed.
Communicate effectively with catering, event, and service teams to align kitchen operations with overall event or dining goals.
Monitor equipment functionality and arrange maintenance or repairs when necessary.
Train and onboard new kitchen staff, reinforcing best practices and safety protocols.
Prepare reports on kitchen operations, expenses, and supply usage.
