Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities
- Manage facultative and treaty reinsurance placements from submission to completion.
- Liaise and negotiate with reinsurers to secure competitive terms and capacity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and reinsurers.
- Prepare and review placing slips, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate renewals, follow up on placements, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in insurance or reinsurance is an advantage.
