We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead, manage, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.
• Monitor warehouse processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure smooth goods movement.
• Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff to maintain performance standards.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse, inventory, and operational reports.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and supervising warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Current Work Location: Kulai Lagenda Industrial Park, Johor
• Future Work Location: Eco Business Park 2, Senai Airport City, Johor
• Relocation Plan: The warehouse is expected to relocate to the new premises in 2027.

Candidates must be willing to work at the current location and relocate to Senai Airport City when the relocation takes place.
