Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

Knowledge of logistical procedures and best practices.

Understanding of supply chain processes.

Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Manage operations and coordinate transportation activities.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor movement efficiency.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and customers.

Monitor and manage warehouse inventory levels effectively.

Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies.

Optimize the supply chain process for improved efficiency.

Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.

Responsible for full set import/export document preparation

Responsible for the shipment from its origin country until to the destination warehouse.

Propose innovative ways to improve service and cost, from both technological and process improvements.

To follow up the shipping processes documents, controls of freight payment, audit system and ensure all document, processes and controls are updated.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time or as and when required.
