• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

• Previous experience in hotel Front Office or customer service is an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages (e.g. Mandarin) are an advantage.

• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

• Computer literate; knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.

• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.

• Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.

• Process room reservations, amendments, and cancellations when required.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

• Handle guest payments, billing, and cashiering duties in accordance with hotel procedures.

• Maintain accurate guest records and update the Property Management System (PMS).

• Promote hotel facilities, services, and special promotions to guests.

• Ensure the Front Office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
