Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Refrigeration, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in technical service, field service, equipment maintenance, installation or commissioning.

Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical systems, automation or industrial equipment is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams, customers and external service providers.

Willing to travel and work at different customer or project sites when required.

Able to respond to occasional emergency or urgent service requests.

Handle on-site equipment delivery, installation, commissioning and after-sales service activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.

Provide operation, maintenance and basic technical training to customers and end-users.

Coordinate with third-party service providers and internal teams to conduct testing, resolve technical issues and ensure project completion.

Respond to customer emergency and warranty service requests within the required timeframe.

Monitor and provide timely feedback on customer requirements, technical issues and site conditions.

Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, particularly maintenance and technical personnel.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of site activities and issue resolution.

Collaborate with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.

Perform other technical duties as assigned by the management.
