We want someone who can work end-to-end:-

• Product thinking & business problem solving

• User journey / flow design - UX & UI

• Product requirements

• Basic technical understanding

• Product/design collaboration

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers

• Estimate complexity and discuss timelines

• Prefer someone from UI/UX background who wants to transition into Product Management role.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in managing/owns digital products, marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, startups, or technology companies.

• Strong thinking with good business sense.

• Capable to dissect real user problems before jumping into solutions.

• Understand and know how to work with Engineering teams.

• Tangible evidence in using AI tools to speed up product research, prototyping, requirement writing, and product analysis.

• Can deliver MVPs without compromising UI/UX flow.

• Evidence & experience in using data, user feedback, and product metrics to make product decisions.

• Understand jobseeker and employer pain points, then turn them into practical product improvements.

• Use AI tools, design tools, and IDE/prototyping tools to create quick MVP flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases for Engineering.

• Work closely with Engineering to clarify scope, feasibility, timeline, trade-offs, and release readiness.

• Prioritise features based on user value, business impact, and technical effort.

• Support testing, UAT, bug clarification, launch preparation, and post-launch review.

• Track whether shipped features improve key metrics such as activation, conversion, engagement, retention, drop-off, or feature adoption.

• Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and business stakeholders to make sure product decisions solve real business and user problems.
