About the Role

We are hiring a meticulous QMS / Document Control Executive to manage our Quality Management System documentation and ensure complete regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for document lifecycle governance, revision integrity, and internal/external audit readiness across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete document lifecycle (creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving) for all QMS policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Enforce version control to ensure obsolete documents are retired and prevent the use of unapproved forms.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality departments to review and update documentation accurately.
• Support internal, customer, and external certification audits by organizing, retrieving, and verifying compliance records.
• Track and report non-conformances related to documentation lapses and drive corrective action processes.
• Maintain electronic backup systems and uphold strict data security and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably Quality Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of direct document control and QMS administration experience within a manufacturing or technology facility.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards (exposure to IATF 16949 is advantageous).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Sharp attention to detail with solid communication and organizational skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
