Minimum SPM qualification.

At least 2 years of experience in the coffee chain industry.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Able to work on a shift basis.

Assist and report to the Outlet Manager or Area Manager on daily outlet operations.

Lead and guide the team to ensure operational procedures are carried out according to SOPs.

Master and maintain company standards for food and beverage preparation and serving.

Demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in coffee brewing and preparation.

Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

Oversee cashier operations and ensure transactions are handled accurately.

Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are implemented correctly at the outlet.

Monitor daily cash flow and ensure all records are accurate.

Count and verify daily sales and complete bank-in procedures according to SOPs.

Monitor outlet sales, growth, profitability, and overall performance.

Plan staff schedules and manage manpower effectively.

Plan and monitor inventory and stock levels.

Ensure stock ordering and receiving are completed accurately and products are received in good condition.

Train, guide, and supervise staff while monitoring their performance and development.

Provide guidance and improvement plans for underperforming team members.

Identify business opportunities to maximize outlet sales.

Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across the team.

Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.

Assist the Outlet Manager or Area Manager with paperwork, reporting, and other operational matters.
