Key Responsibilities

- Carry out daily website maintenance activities, including content updates and minor enhancements.

- Implement approved system enhancements, including modifications to page templates, component updates and feature improvements.

- Manage and support website content updates using GovTech Optical CMS.

- Monitor website performance and assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

- Perform defect resolution, preventive maintenance and website optimisation activities.

- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-deployment verification activities.

- Assist with CMS upgrades, software patches and compatibility testing.

- Respond to, troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to address security-related issues and ensure resolution within the required compliance timeframes.

- Ensure compliance with Government ICT security policies, Digital Service Standards (DSS), IM8 requirements, data protection regulations and audit requirements.

- Maintain accurate documentation of completed maintenance and support activities, including records required for reporting.

- Investigate, remediate, test and close security vulnerabilities identified through Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), security scans, audits and security advisories, ensuring fixes are verified within stipulated timelines.

3. Relevant Platform Experience

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience working with GovTech Optical CMS, including technical operations and maintenance support for websites, troubleshooting, incident resolution, system monitoring, deployments and releases, and implementation of website enhancements.

- Added Advantage: Experience providing technical support for Sitefinity or Sitecore websites hosted on the Government Content Website Platform (CWP).

- Added Advantage: Experience addressing web application vulnerabilities and VAPT findings, including implementing remediation measures and verifying that identified issues have been resolved
