Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners, landlords, vendors, buyers, sellers and prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads for property sales and property management services.
• Identify potential sellers, landlords and property owners who may be considering selling, leasing or changing their current agent.
• Introduce and promote the agency's real estate services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Ask relevant questions to understand prospects' needs, property details and potential timeframe.
• Follow up with previous enquiries, online leads, existing prospects and marketing campaign leads.
• Re-contact property owners whose properties have previously been advertised or sold to identify new business opportunities.
• Arrange appointments for Sales Agents, Business Development Managers and Property Managers, including property appraisals, rental appraisals and consultations.
• Maintain and update accurate client and prospect information in the CRM/database.
• Record call outcomes, lead status and required follow-up actions.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct basic market and prospect research to identify potential sales and property management opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales and property management teams to ensure qualified leads are followed up effectively.
• Assist with database management and marketing campaigns as required.
• Achieve agreed call, lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as required.
