Job Description
Blu Kouzina is looking for service-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team and deliver quality dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests, present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Attend to guests' requests, enquiries and feedback professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Follow restaurant service, food safety and hygiene procedures.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage service is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsible, courteous and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Full-time position: 5 working days per week, 44 hours per week.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Part-time applicants are welcome to apply. Working hours and remuneration will be based on the agreed part-time arrangement.
