Job Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and address technical clarifications.
• Supervise M&E works and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Interpret contract requirements and M&E specifications to monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with the in-house architectural and structural teams to minimise discrepancies.
• Prepare material samples and shop drawings for submission and approval.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare, and submit progress claims to project consultants, as well as evaluate subcontractors’ progress claims.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience with a main contractor.
