Job Responsibilities
Process Group Employee Benefits policy servicing activities including renewal billing, policy amendments, member movements and maintenance of member records.
Execute premium invoicing duties such as uploading data, calculating costs, reconciling balances and verifying breakdowns for accurate financial statements.
Manage operational questions regarding invoicing mismatches, participant information and plan management updates to deliver prompt resolutions according to service level agreements.
Ensure precise records of plans and transactions are kept while conducting validation and compliance checks to satisfy data security and internal audit standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Technology departments to handle service issues and promote seamless plan and invoicing operations.
Participate in UAT, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to improve billing workflows, data quality, member administration and digital servicing.
