School Student Discipline Support Officer (Primary School) # Bukit Panjang Ring Road

Roles and Responsibilities

· Assist the Discipline team in managing student discipline and in-school suspensions

· Patrol school premises to maintain student orderliness

· Conduct spot-checks on student attire and grooming

· Support case management for at-risk students and students with additional needs

· Investigate incidents: take statements, review CCTV, and prepare reports

· Assist with house visits and parent follow-ups

· Participate in student management meetings

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an enforcement agency or uniformed service

· Able to apply a restorative practice approach

· Proficient in Interpersonal skills and Communication (speaking, reading, and writing incident reports)

· Experience working with young students preferred

· Basic Microsoft Office skills

· Available Mon-Fri, 6:45am-4:00pm (Fri until 3:30pm)
