Job Descriptions
The Maintenance Executive supports daily maintenance execution, preventive maintenance, breakdown response, spare parts preparation, and equipment reliability improvement.
- Execute and coordinate daily preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor equipment condition, address and support abnormalities correction promptly.
- Analyze breakdown trends and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ensure maintenance work orders, PM checklists, records, and spare parts usage are properly updated.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate with Production on maintenance schedules, planned stoppages, and maintenance windows.
- Support TPM, 5S, lubrication, inspection, and equipment restoration activities.
- Lead plant PM activities to ensure effective and timely preventive maintenance execution.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in plant or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
