Job Description

• Maintain ICT and AV inventory, including stock checks, equipment loans, and asset records.
• Provide ICT and AV technical support to teachers, students, and school events.
• Set up and troubleshoot ICT equipment, projectors, interactive TVs, and smart whiteboards.
• Create holographic videos and AI-generated media content.
• Set up and maintain 3D printers and train teachers and students in their use.
• Maintain Makerspace equipment and support the school's Applied Learning Programme (ALP).
• Perform basic troubleshooting and data wiping for student Personal Learning Devices (PLDs).
• Assist with Apple School Manager (ASM)administration.
• Support photography, videography, and Info-Comm Club activities.
• Conduct basic ICT training for school staff.
• Support school events with photography, video production, live streaming, and multimedia presentations.
• Maintain the school’s digital photo/video albums and website.
• Assist teachers with designing school publications, posters, banners, and other ICT-related materials

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in ICT and AV inventory management and maintenance in a school environment.
• Proficient in training others and using Windows, iOS, and macOS platforms.
• Strong photography, videography, and multi-camera live-streaming skills.
• At least 3 years of experience co-facilitating photography and videography CCA sessions.
• Experience in 3D printing, Makerspace maintenance ,and training users.
• Familiarity with M5Go, micro: bit, Class VR goggles, and Swivl robots.
• Experience with Apple School Manager (ASM), website development, and holographic video creation.
• Knowledge of AI software for media creation and troubleshooting ICT/AV equipment.
• Experience with advanced technology tools, SLS, and DMA user account management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with school staff and external vendors.
• Able to provide supporting documents, including CV, testimonials, and relevant certificates
