COOK/ SENIOR COOK/ CHEF DE PARTIE | STEAKHOUSE | CBD AREA
Salary: S$2,600 – S$3,200/month\
Location: CBD Area
Working Days: 5 days per week, including weekends & Public Holidays
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare all mise en place according to established standards.
Prepare ingredients and dishes strictly according to provided recipes.
Work across designated kitchen stations and develop specialized skills.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
Ensure a clean, safe and healthy kitchen environment.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef.
REQUIREMENTS
Steakhouse culinary experience preferred.
Candidates with any F&B experience are welcome.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
Responsible, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
