Min. Secondary education level (SPM)

No prior experience is required, training will be provided

Able to read and communicate in basic English

Willing to work rotating shifts and on weekends

Good team player and hardworking

Receive and ensure accurate pumping of various cement, admixtures and diesel at the batching plant

Coordinate with customers on concrete orders, cube making and slump checking on site

Batch and dispatch concrete to various job sites

Perform various cubes and slump tests according to the project site’s specification

Liaise with the lab for quality control through sampling test

Attend coordination meetings and prepare for delivery and concreting arrangement

Assist with mockup testing and installation of monitoring devices on site to monitor concrete quality

Check concrete conditions (e.g. surface, temperature) and support proper finishing and protection for freshly cast concrete

Support quality checks, defect identification and repair work at batching plant and customer sites
