This is a hybrid role, with a view to eventually become a full-time office role.

ECOHomes is a brand that sells home and office products, such as tapes and organisers, on Amazon in the US. We make things for people who would rather fix something than replace it. We're a small team with about 20 products, adding 5-10 new ones each year.

The job

You'll own how our products look and read on Amazon, and shape how the brand looks as a whole.

• Direct the look of our listing images and A+ content, so every product is recognisably ECOHomes.
• Write clear briefs for our freelance graphic designer, and give feedback until the images are right.
• Write and rewrite titles, bullets, descriptions, and A+ content in our brand voice.
• Track conversion data, run tests, and act on what you learn.
• Read customer reviews and questions, and use them to improve listings and come up with new product ideas.
• Help build the brand's visual identity over time, including packaging and inserts.

You'll fit if you:

• Have a strong eye for design and branding, and can explain why a design works or doesn't.
• Write clear, warm, natural English.
• Are comfortable with numbers and curious about why people buy.
• Take feedback well and work without hand-holding.
• Have studied or worked in design, branding, advertising, communications, or marketing.

A strong plus

You can design yourself, using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar. If you can, there's room to take over our design work fully.Amazon experience is useful but not required. We'll teach you.
