• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are preferred.

• Experience in sales, customer service or administration is an advantage.

• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Organised, responsible and able to multitask effectively.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and social media platforms.

Sales & Customer Service

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.

• Introduce confinement packages, services and promotions to potential clients.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Arrange and conduct centre visits for interested clients.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  
  Client Booking & Administration

• Manage customer bookings from initial enquiry to confirmation.

• Prepare quotations, booking forms, invoices and payment records.

• Follow up on booking deposits and outstanding payments.

• Maintain accurate customer records and booking schedules.

• Coordinate customer check-in and check-out arrangements with the operations team.

• Assist with daily administrative tasks and reporting.
  
  Marketing & Promotions

• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events.

• Assist with social media content and customer engagement.

• Coordinate promotional materials to attract potential customers.

• Monitor sales leads, bookings and overall sales performance.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
