Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties to supportour daily operation in construction activities.
• Work Pass application, renewalcancelation.
• Handle attendance records for direct and sub-contractorworkers.
• Handle training course arrangement.
• Familiar with government licenseapplication in construction sector.
• Handle Payroll.
• ISO documentation.
• Manage company vehicles and rentalaccommodation.
• Supplier invoices verification.
• Account journal entry.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of working experience inConstruction sector.
• Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker,self-initiative, resourceful, good team player.
• Good in Microsoft Office, especiallyExcel.
• Accounting knowledge are needed.
• Fast paced working environment,construction site working environment.
• Able to work after working hours includingweekend and Public Holiday.
• Able to work in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• Immediate Position.
