About the Role

You'll help customers with their bills, internet plans, TV channels and router issues, and assist them when they need help with their services.

What We're Looking For

• SPM qualification is sufficient to apply.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good command of Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

• Friendly, patient and able to communicate well with customers.

• Good problem-solving skills and a helpful attitude.

• Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

• Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.

You're the voice helping Mandarin-speaking customers enjoy a seamless telecom and home entertainment experience.

What you'll do

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.

• Assist with billing, payments and mobile or internet plans.

• Support customers with TV channels, routers and connectivity issues.

• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide suitable solutions.

• Follow up on cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
