QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of Windows and end-user support.
• Strong understanding of O365, Windows 11, and related Microsoft Office applications and services.
• Solid knowledge of iOS and Apple mobile devices, including macOS.
• Ability to effectively listen to customers, understand their needs, and troubleshoot issues with clarity and professionalism.
• Strong video conferencing and collaboration technology skills, including conference room systems -Neat devices. Expertise in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx is required.
• High level of patience and empathy when supporting non-technical users, senior executives, and distributed/offshore teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of IT support experience in a large, fast-paced corporate environment.
