We are seeking a suitably qualified HR Admin to support recruitment, manage monthly payroll, and assist with daily human resource operations.
Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, candidate profiles and Recruitment timelines
Prepare and publish job advertisements and identify appropriate recruitment channels.
Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct reference checks and follow up on job offers
Coordinate the onboarding process, including employment documentation, orientation and necessary internal arrangements
Prepare employment-related documents
Monitor the validity and renewal of work passes
Maintain and update employee records and p-files
Dormitory Administration
Accurate maintenance of dormitory records
Coordinate dormitory applications, allocations, and check-in/check-out arrangements for foreign employees.
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for blue-collar employees
Collect and verify attendance, overtime, allowances, leave and claims
Calculate salaries, overtime pay, deductions and adjustments accurately and within the stipulated
Address payroll queries, rectify discrepancies and maintain payroll records
Ensure the strict confidentiality of all payroll information
Provide support for HR ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of relevant HR experience
Knowledge of local labor laws, including the Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) procedures and systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to manage HR documentation and reporting
Ability to work independently with initiative and accountability
Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive work attitude
