The ideal candidate should be strong in WordPress development, have good knowledge of PHP and MySQL, and be comfortable working with clients throughout the development process.
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications using WordPress and PHP.
- Work with MySQL databases for application development and maintenance
- Follow the full development lifecycle, including internal testing, quality checks and obtaining client approval before deployment
- Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and to specification
- Experience with WordPress (must), and PHP
- Good knowledge of MySQL
- Understanding of website development, implementation and troubleshooting
- Good English communication skills, with confidence in dealing directly with stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SOP and deployment procedures
- Laravel and Python experience would be an advantage
