Job Scope: Building Technician (Commercial Building)
- Carry out daily inspections of the building, including common areas, facilities and equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical and building systems.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and repair requests from tenants and building management.
- Troubleshoot technical faults and carry out minor repairs when required.
- Monitor the operation of lifts, pumps, lighting, air-conditioning and other building facilities.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising external contractors during maintenance and repair works.
- Monitor the building's cleanliness, safety and general condition, and report any defects or hazards.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection checklists and work reports.
- Assist in monitoring car park facilities, access control systems and other building equipment.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Building Manager or Building Executive.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
