1. Production Colour Matching

• Adjust and match tile colours according to approved samples, colour references, and production requirements.
• Ensure the colour tone and appearance of tiles meet the company's quality standards.
• Make necessary colour corrections to achieve the required production results.

2. Graphic Design and Image Editing

• Create, edit, and adjust tile surface designs, patterns, textures, and decorative graphics.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to prepare and modify design files.
• Adjust images, colours, patterns, and graphic elements according to production specifications.

3. Production File Preparation

• Prepare and check graphic files before sending them to the production line.
• Ensure design files are accurate, complete, and suitable for production use.
• Maintain proper records and organize design files for future reference.

4. Production Coordination

• Work closely with the production, printing, glazing, and quality control teams to ensure designs and colours meet production requirements.
• Make adjustments based on feedback from production supervisors and quality control personnel.
• Follow up on assigned jobs to ensure completion within the required timeline.

5. Quality Control

• Check printed or decorated tile samples against approved designs and colour standards.
• Identify colour differences, design defects, or inconsistencies and take corrective action.
• Ensure the final design meets the required specifications before production approval.

6. Task Management and Responsibility

• Take full responsibility for assigned tasks from preparation to completion.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
• Report production or design issues to the immediate supervisor promptly.

7. Other Duties

• Assist with new tile design development and sample preparation when required.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the superior.

2. Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of colour matching, colour adjustment, patterns, and image editing.
• Must not be colour-blind, as the position requires accurate colour identification and matching.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Willing to learn ceramic tile production processes and technical requirements.
• Able to work closely with production teams and follow instructions from supervisors.
