Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Our client, an established Japanese MNC in the automotive industry, is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join its supply chain operations team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle order creation, processing, amendments and follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments on operational matters.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, freight and insurance charges.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support data management, RPA, AI and other automation-related processes.
• Identify operational issues and assist in process improvements.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with or without relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable handling data, computer systems and technology-related tasks.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, import/export documentation, Incoterms or Purchase Order processing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
