Salary: RM 15000

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, priorities, and requirements for mobile application development.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across multiple teams.
• Ensure mobile application solutions follow technical best practices, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous product development.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders and accommodate collaboration across different time zones.
• Participate in business travel when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in product management, product ownership, or a related technical role.
• Proven experience managing or contributing to mobile application development projects.
• Strong technical background and understanding of mobile application architecture, development processes, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience working on mobile applications in previous roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
• Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours to collaborate with teams in the German time zone.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
