Process daily supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, receipts, and credit notes.
Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and ensure the required approvals are obtained.
Prepare payment vouchers, bank transfers, and staff reimbursement claims.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue customer payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting entries in Xero.
Assist with journal entries, month-end closing, account schedules, and intercompany reconciliations.
Compile financial records and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to resolve routine accounting matters.
Maintain accurate and well-organised electronic accounting files.
Support other finance and accounting activities as assigned.
