Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented, and technically minded Technical Sales Executive to manage and develop existing customer accounts within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, identifying business opportunities, promoting suitable products and solutions, and achieving sales targets. This role requires close coordination with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
What You'll Do
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups to understand customer needs and business requirements.
Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable industrial products, equipment, or solutions.
Provide product information, technical explanations, quotations, and proposals to customers.
Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams to address product-related enquiries and application requirements.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Studies, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial products manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry.
Good communicaton, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
