Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support daily production activities and achieve operational targets.
• Perform equipment setup, process conversions, and parameter adjustments according to validated recipes for production runs.
• Conduct inspections, precision measurements, and quality checks to ensure products meet specified tolerances and standards.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, perform basic root cause analysis, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve production disruptions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities, chemical analysis, and routine equipment upkeep to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, chemicals, and production consumables to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Train and support production operators on SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in semiconductors, PCB, substrate manufacturing, or other high-tech manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of MES and ERP systems is added value.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with all PPE, safety, and operational requirements.
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• EHS, ISO Quality Standards, or Chemical Handling certifications will be advantageous.
• Shuttle Bus: Hougang MRT, Ang Mo Kio MRT, Paya Lebar MRT, Jurong East MRT, Serangoon MRT, and Mayflower MRT.
