Job Description
To drive profitable business growth by managing existing strategic Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) accounts, acquiring new QSR customers, and developing container-load trading business across a broad range of food products. The role focuses on expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable sales and gross profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic QSR Account Management
Manage and grow existing strategic QSR accounts, strengthening relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify, approach, and acquire new QSR customers, restaurant chains, franchise operators, and foodservice groups.
Develop a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, customer visits, and market research.
3. Food Trading & Container-Load Business
Develop container-load trading business across multiple food categories, including frozen, chilled, ambient, dry, and processed foods.
Identify new products, suppliers, manufacturers, importers, distributors, and trading partners.
Evaluate trading opportunities based on market demand, gross profit, logistics costs, and commercial risks.
Build recurring full-container-load (FCL) business and expand the company's customer and supplier network.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales revenue and gross profit achievement.
Growth and retention of strategic QSR accounts.
Acquisition of new QSR customers.
Growth in container-load trading volume and profitability.
Development of new food products, suppliers, and trading customers.
Repeat business, customer satisfaction, and timely payment collection.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant experience in food trading, food distribution, FMCG, foodservice, or B2B commercial sales.
Proven ability in key account management, new business development, and commercial negotiations.
Knowledge of food sourcing, international trade, container shipments, and import/export procedures is an advantage.
Strong commercial judgement, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
