Job Summary

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis to drive financial insights and strategic recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage risks, optimize costs, and support business decisions with data-driven frameworks and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data dashboards to monitor key financial metrics such as revenue, costs, and ROI for business line budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze product mechanisms, promotional campaign rules, and settlement processes to assess financial costs, returns, and compliance risks
• Develop and implement a business performance analysis framework to track revenue, costs, and profitability, providing early warnings and actionable recommendations
• Establish and maintain a risk incident and potential risk register to identify risks and drive improvements in internal control processes until resolution
• Collaborate with business, risk control, product, and big data teams to deliver end-to-end financial support and strategic advice for business decision-making
• Proactively identify financial and operational issues and lead efforts to resolve them effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Finance Business Partner (Finance BP)

• Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking demonstrated through business performance analysis and financial modeling
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and align cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to execute projects and respond quickly to changing business needs
• Detail-oriented with strong stress tolerance and adaptability in fast-paced environments
