Role Description The Senior Finance Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s strategic and operational goals. This role manages the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. The Senior Finance Officer monitors cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends, and develops insights that inform decision-making across the company’s business units and AI-driven product lines. Day-to-day activities include coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with leadership on financial strategies, risk assessments, and funding initiatives. The role also involves communicating financial performance clearly to cross-functional teams and contributing to continuous improvement of financial systems and processes in a fast-evolving, data-centric environment.

• Strong finance and accounting foundation, including experience in Finance and Financial Statements.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, with the ability to produce accurate, timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Effective Communication skills to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management within a growth-focused organization.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and best practices for risk management in a technology or AI-driven business is beneficial.
• Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and financial software; familiarity with data-driven or AI environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
