Key Responsibilities

Cancer Support Group Coordination

• Plan and coordinate monthly talks and activities for Bishana Ladies and weekly activities for New Voice Club.

• Liaise with speakers and manage schedules, workshops, outings, and event logistics.

• Create simple eDMs and distribute communications through email, WhatsApp Community, and Werkdone.

• Support community outreach and develop strategies to grow programme participation.

• Maintain member records, attendance, and regular communication to encourage engagement.

• Coordinate support group committee meetings, events, and initiatives.

• Manage procurement and payment administration with Finance and monitor programme expenses.

• Prepare monthly statistics, annual budgets, and other reports.

• Provide general programme administration, including scheduling, member recruitment, and committee records.

Help-the-Children and Youth Programme

• Provide administrative support for student and tutor recruitment, including applications and notifications.

• Support Achievement Award applications and related administration.

• Assist with planning and executing the July 2027 Achievement Award Ceremony, including proposals, stakeholder coordination, and event logistics.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Psychology or any other relevant fields.

• Experience in programme coordination, event management, community engagement, or administration.

• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to manage multiple activities, schedules, and deadlines.
