Our client is an AI Infrastructure Service Provider with global presence. They are looking for a Product Manager with experience in AI Cloud/ API products, working across compute, storage, networking and other platform teams, to create a unified and scalable cloud experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for the AI Cloud Console, APIs, and broader platform experience
• Own the end-to-end customer journey, covering onboarding, service activation, resource provisioning, management, usage, and billing
• Develop shared platform capabilities such as account and organization management, access control, resource management, billing and usage visibility, notifications, and platform operations
• Partner closely with compute, storage, networking, and other product teams to ensure a consistent experience across the platform
• Improve self-service capabilities and automation to reduce manual provisioning and operational dependencies
• Work directly with customers and developers to understand their needs and translate feedback into product improvements and new capabilities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, and Support teams to prioritise initiatives, shape the roadmap, and drive execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, APIs, or related technical products
• Hands-on product experience with cloud consoles, cloud platforms, or developer-facing platforms is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and the workflows of developer and enterprise users
• Experience with public cloud, AI cloud, or large-scale infrastructure platforms is a plus
• Strong product judgment, technical fluency, and ability to work across multiple technical and business teams
• Demonstrated experience owning the full product lifecycle, from requirements and product design through launch and ongoing iteration.
