We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. Candidates with experience in Architectural / Wet Trade, and related construction works are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects
Manage project costs, variations, and financial reporting
Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
Monitor project progress and ensure cost control measures are in place
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Experience in architectural works and wet trades is required.
Knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and progress claims.
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Singaporeans and local candidates are preferred.
