Inspire Mum & Baby is looking for a proactive, resourceful and results-driven
Part-Time Sales & Business Development Executive
to help grow our customer base, generate new business opportunities and increase sales across our wellness, fitness, swimming and therapy services.
We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying business opportunities and turning enquiries into actual bookings and sales.
This is a hands-on, sales-focused role, ideal for someone who is confident in customer engagement, follow-ups, partnerships and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition
Generate new customer leads and convert enquiries into trial bookings, packages and memberships.
Proactively follow up with potential customers, past enquiries and existing leads.
Promote the Company's swimming, fitness, prenatal, postnatal, wellness and therapy programmes.
Identify opportunities for package renewals, cross-selling and upselling.
Develop initiatives to increase enrolment, particularly for weekday classes and underutilised sessions.
Maintain accurate lead records and track sales conversions.
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and approach potential partners, including preschools, schools, corporations, community groups and wellness-related businesses.
Develop partnerships, referral opportunities and corporate wellness initiatives.
Coordinate collaborations and promotional activities that generate new customer enquiries and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers.
Follow up on business proposals and partnership opportunities.
Marketing & Sales Campaigns
Plan and execute targeted promotions and campaigns to increase enquiries and bookings.
Work with the internal social media team to develop sales-driven content and promotional messages.
Suggest new marketing initiatives based on customer demand and business opportunities.
Support events, open houses, roadshows and other customer acquisition activities.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Sales Reporting & Performance
Track enquiries, follow-ups, bookings and sales conversions.
Maintain organised customer and partnership records.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress and results.
Work towards agreed sales and business development targets.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or a related customer-facing role.
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Confident in approaching potential customers and business partners.
Comfortable following up with leads and closing sales.
Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and basic CRM systems.
Experience in wellness, fitness, education, enrichment, healthcare or service-based businesses is an advantage.
Able to commit to approximately 3 working days per week, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Willing to support occasional events and promotional activities as required.
