Location: Hougang / Islandwide
️ Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Duties:
Carry out maintenance and repair works at residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot electrical, air-conditioning, lighting and plumbing issues.
Travel to different properties to attend to maintenance requests.
Perform regular building inspections and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with contractors for repair works.
Update maintenance records.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in basic electrical maintenance and repairs.
Able to read electrical drawings.
Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
Willing to travel between different property sites.
Able to work independently.
