We are looking for an experienced HR leader to lead the People & Culture function and partner with senior management in driving people strategies, organisational development and workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team, overseeing all aspects of HR operations and service delivery.

• Partner with the Deputy CEO and senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee recruitment strategies, workforce planning and employer branding.

• Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning.

• Oversee employee engagement, retention and employee relations matters.

• Manage compensation and benefits, payroll and HR operations.

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and governance requirements.

• Lead HR transformation, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.

• Use HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and management decisions.
