Job Description

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the design, development, prototyping, testing and commissioning of rail mobility systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support system and interface design, including the preparation of engineering drawings, technical specifications and design documentation.

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal project teams and interfacing contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of milestones.

• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), as well as on-site testing and commissioning activities.

• Attend design and interface meetings with customers and relevant stakeholders to discuss technical requirements and project progress.

• Perform independent troubleshooting, investigate technical issues and follow up on their resolution.

• Ensure engineering activities and deliverables comply with project specifications and requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of relevant project engineering experience, preferably involving PLC, SCADA or industrial real-time control systems.

• Familiarity with industrial communication and interface protocols such as Modbus.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering plans and technical drawings.

• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
